Harvard names traitorous twisted snowflake to prestigious post--because twisted snowflake

As readers might have deduced, I love this country.  And it saddens me to see socialists, communists, anarchists and assorted idiots driving the nation headlong into destruction.

Every day brings new and more ghastly examples.  Here's one from yesterday, courtesy of the leftist academics and adminishits at Harvard:

Harvard University has named convicted felon Bradley ("Chelsea") Manning as a visiting fellow at its Institute of Politics.

I'm serious.  When I first saw this I thought it had to be satire, but it's real.

For those under 20 or so, or who have short memories (and that's a big damn club), Manning was an Army private--and a seriously twisted snowflake--who landed in a job where he handled Top Secret communications in a war zone.  Being a twisted snowflake, Manning copied 750,000 of these Top Secret cables and gave 'em to Wikileaks.

For this act of treason the Left praised him lavishly.  The Army court-martialled him, and he was sentenced to 35 years in prison.

The day after he was sentenced, he ensured his elevation to saint of the Left by announcing that he'd decided he was really...a woman.  And wanted to be called "Chelsea Elizabeth."

The Left promptly had yet another orgasm of delight.

Less than four years into his supposed 35-year sentence, Manning was pardoned--by the asshole emperor, obozo.

Interesting:  If you're a transgender who reveals 750,000 Top Secret cables, and are pardoned by the emperor, the Fake News outlets are just giddy with praise over the pardon.  If you're a Republican president who pardons a former Arizona sheriff who was trying to enforce valid U.S. immigration laws, the Fake News outlets scream about what a HORRIBLE abuse of power that is.

So, with all the background, let's see how the Leftists at Hahvahd rationalized naming the traitorous son-of-a-bitch Manning as a "visiting fellow":

Harvard's announcement touts Manning as the program's "first transgender fellow."  Clearly that's a very important accomplishment for the university.

They describe Manning as "a Washington, D.C. based network security expert."  Really?  When did he acquire this expertise?  Maybe they're referring to the fact that he was able to breach a Top Secret network--because the Army gave him the job.  Yeh, dat must be it.

In point of fact, Manning's only qualifications to be a Harvard fellow are that he is a traitor and a gender-changer — which means appointing him would give the finger to every decent American. That’s enough reason for the leftist scum at Harvard to fall over themselves to do it.

And indeed, a sentence or two later we see the real attraction Harvard has for Manning: "As a trans woman, she [sic] advocates for queer and transgender rights...on Twitter."

Well there ya go!  That's certainly a fine achievement, warranting appointment as a "visiting fellow."

Harvard also mentions Manning's sentence for leaking hundreds of thousands of classified U.S. documents, but immediately, airily waves away this treason by coyly calling the guy merely a "whistleblower."

Harvard's press release also specifically notes that Manning has used social media to call for "abolishing the presidency"--yet another attraction for Harvard's leftists.

Harvard also added a final, breathtaking lie to all the others:

"Broadening the range...for students to hear from and engage with experts, leaders, and policy-shapers is a cornerstone of [Hahvahd]. We welcome the breadth of thought-provoking viewpoints on race, gender, politics, and the media."

Oh really?

This is total bullshit.  Would Harvard welcome an Ann Coulter to their university?  How about someone advocating a strong military?  Or gun rights?  Think they'd invite Sheriff Clarke to tell students what works and what doesn't in the "real world" in which he operated?

How about inviting retired black conservative Lt.Colonel Alan West to speak?

Never happen.  Cuz Harvard is lying.  Full of crap.  Bullshitting the public.

Here's a little thought experiment:  Look at all the emphasis Harvard gave to Manning's decision to change genders, then ask yourself:  Would the university have named Manning a "visiting fellow" if he'd been a muscular, no-nonsense straight conservative?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

Now, one Bradley Manning more or less won't materially hurt this nation.  But the actions of the left-wing asshole adminishits at prestigious universities in honoring twisted snowflakes who leak Top Secret cables shows the "trend line."

Much like student activists calling for destruction of statues of that horrible Thomas Jefferson.

UPDATE:  After a huge outpouring of anger--including demands to end federal funding to Harvard--the university rescinded the appointment.  But they've already shown their true agenda.

Not that we had any doubts.
