Would-be armed robber foiled by customer says he's gonna SUE guy who intervened !

Back in July, 30-year-old Ryan Flores walked into a Starbucks carrying a gun and a knife.  He approached the employee at the register and demanded cash.

A 58-year-old customer--nearly twice Flores' age--saw what was happening, picked up a chair and hit the thug over the head with it.  Unfortunately it didn't knock Flores out, and the two fought for about a minute.  The customer was stabbed in the neck but finally managed to wrestle the knife away from the thug and stab Flores several times.

Now the would-be robber has said he's gonna sue the good Samaritan who foiled his attempted robbery.

While police called the customer a hero, the suspect's mother said her son is a victim.

"He has 17 total stab wounds, lacerations and defensive wounds," said mom.  "The guy went from a good Samaritan to a vigilante. Stabbing somebody that many times, it doesn't take that many stab wounds to get somebody to succumb to you," she said.

Oh NO!  Poor baby!

So mom is making excuses for her lawbreaking 30-year-old son.  Mom, has it ever occurred to you that if your li'l darlin' hadn't tried to rob the store, he wouldn't have been stabbed?

Oh wait, I forgot:  The new "law" in liberal, Democrat-ruled California is, robbery, rape, murder, mayhem, selling drugs and molesting kids is just fine.  But God forbid that the State or any of its citizens should try to actually try to stop people from breaking the law.  Cuz Dems are all about holding hands and singing Kumbayah.

And "It's society's fault! This person was forced to commit crime because he didn't get a six-figure job."

But the really scary thing about this story is that since it's the Peoples' Republic of California, chances are some dip-shit idiot judge will actually allow the lawsuit to proceed, and thug jurors will find for the thug.

Any society that puts up with crap like that has serious problems.
